TADDLEE Return Policy and How to Return Items
We pride ourselves on our reputation for quality and value. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will assist you in getting a timely refund. TADDLEE returns will be accepted within 90 days from the date of purchase. The item must be returned in its original, unused condition, in its original box (where possible) and with all documents, parts, and accessories to ensure credit.
FINAL SALE or Grab Bag items are non-returnable.
Items purchased at a retail store may not be returned to our online store.
How to return an item
If you would like to return an item to taddlee.com, please follow the instructions below. Instructions are also listed on the packing list for the shipped item. There are two ways to return most items:
Standard return shipping
If possible, repackage the items you wish to return in the original product packaging. Be sure to include this completed return form in your return package. If you do not complete the return form, we will not be able to process your return.
If you use the carrier of your choice, we recommend that you ship your return through an insured and traceable method.
All return shipping costs must be prepaid. We cannot accept COD deliveries. It is recommended that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return.
Keep the return tracking number of the return package to monitor the delivery status.
Damaged or defective items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact a customer service representative within 30 days by emailing our customer service: helen@taddlee.com. Please provide the order number and item number from the original confirmation email, as well as your email address and phone number. taddlee.com will make all reasonable efforts to assist you in your return.
Price adjustments
For any item purchased at full price, we are happy to offer a one-time price adjustment within 7 days of the original purchase date.
If you need to adjust the price, please contact our customer service email: helen@taddlee.com to assist you in placing a new order within 7 days. We will promptly credit your original payment method. After the adjustment is complete, allow 5-7 business days for the adjustment to be posted to the account. Allow 1-2 business cycles to appear on your statement.

Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return the item by following the return instructions on the packing slip and reorder the new item at www.taddlee.com Please contact our customer service email: helen@taddlee.com to assist you in placing a new order.
